Sample review memo

Your local team stays involved.

Field conditions, licensing, required seals, and authority acceptance stay with the qualified project team.

What to send
  • Architectural plans, reflected ceiling plans, and any MEP backgrounds
  • Project city/state and AHJ if known
  • Water-flow data or hydrant test if available
  • Occupancy, construction type, and target permit date
  • Whether you need design support only or Washington installation too

Can you install nationwide too?

No. Field installation is limited to Washington projects we are licensed and staffed to serve. The nationwide offer is remote design, plan review, calculation coordination, and submittal support for teams that have local permit and install coverage.

Can this replace a local engineer or AHJ requirement?

No. Some jurisdictions require a local stamp, specific licensed designer, or local contractor of record. We help package the sprinkler scope and identify those requirements early so your local team is not surprised at submittal.

What makes this useful before bid day?

Sprinkler scope gets expensive when head counts, ceiling conflicts, water supply, and NFPA standard selection are vague. A design review turns that uncertainty into a tighter scope memo and a cleaner bid package.
