Privacy
Your request. Your information.
What this website collects and how to ask about it.
What you send
A quote or notice request includes your name, email and consent to receive email about that request. You can also send a project address, service, deadline, project details, plans or photographs. Optional fields and attachments are identified on the form.
Only send documents you are authorized to share. Leave out passwords, payment details and unrelated personal information.
How a request is handled
Your request is recorded for the business to review, quote and follow up on the project. The website sends a receipt to your email address and a notification to the configured business inbox. Email and hosting providers process the information needed to deliver those services.
Successfully uploaded documents use private storage. The business receives restricted download links; submitted plans and photographs are not published as website project examples.
Information kept in your browser
The quote form keeps your name, company, email and customer role in session storage to make another project request easier. These saved contact details are scoped to the browser session. The form does not store your plans, project address or message there.
To understand where inquiries come from, the site records referral, campaign and ad-click information, visited URLs, interaction events and a browser/device-derived identifier in local browser storage. This attribution can accompany your request. Vercel Analytics records site usage. Clearing this website's browser storage removes locally saved information.
Questions, corrections or deletion requests
Email quotes@1stchoicefire.com to ask about information submitted to 1st Choice Fire, LLC, request a correction, or discuss deletion. Include the email address and project needed to identify your request.
This website does not publish a fixed retention period. Ask the business about the records needed for your particular project.
