Underground Fire Lines & FDC Work
Underground is where most of the cost and risk on a fire-protection scope lives. We've replaced gate valves on commercial fire mains, repaired fire lines, and tied in FDCs in coordination with site civil. If your project has an underground scope, the earlier we're looped in, the cleaner it lands.

FAQ
Underground Fire Lines & FDC Work — questions
- Q.01Do you handle the curb-to-building tie-in?
- Yes — we run from the tap into the building and tie the riser. Coordination with the water purveyor for the actual tap is part of the scope.
- Q.02Can you do a fire-line repair without shutting the building down?
- Sometimes. It depends on the failure mode and where the line sits. We assess and tell you upfront.
- Q.03Do you set hydrants?
- Hydrants are typically scoped under site civil. We do not set hydrants but we coordinate with whoever does.
